എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോഴും എഴുതുന്നത് ?

ഞാൻ എഴുതുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് നയങ്ങളും നിയമങ്ങളും ഒന്നും മാറിയില്ലെങ്കിലും, വ്യക്തിപരമായി കുറച്ചു പേർക്കെങ്കിലും അത് ഗുണമാകുന്നുണ്ട് എന്നെനിക്കറിയാം. ഇടക്കൊക്കെ എനിക്ക് കുറച്ചു ഫോളോവേഴ്സിനെ പിടിച്ചു തരാൻ പറയുന്നത് അതുകൊണ്ടാണ്. കാരണം കൂടുതൽ പേർ വായിച്ചാൽ കൂടുതൽ പേർക്ക് ഗുണമുണ്ടാകുമല്ലോ.

എം പി ഒക്കെ ആകാൻ പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ഇതുപോലുള്ള എഴുത്തും വായനയും ഒന്നും വേണ്ട എന്ന് എന്നേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് അറിയാമല്ലോ.

“Sir I am Liza. I had sent you few mails before at the time of opening of Idukki dam for the first time. I stay at 14kms ahead of Paravoor area which you visited last days. I am sending you this mail because I wanted to tell you a great thankyou for all the efforts that you have taken and instructions given.

As you rightly predicted, low rains at first time when dam was opened helped every thing to be under control.
But this time nothing was even predictable. Even the authorities couldn’t give required instructions in the affected areas beforehand.
I stay at a place where out of 3000 houses just 10percent were saved from flood. Mine was one among them by God’s grace.

I would like to point out a very important fact that “Jagradhyude Malayalam” that you send me was absolutely correct. Because even when I send messages to my relatives of maintaining the emergency supplies , people took it for fun even when they stay near to the rivers.They repeat the story of 99 flood saying the water didn’t even touch here. the younger generation including me were restricted to do something because of the same .

Sir but youth like me never want to repeat story of 18 flood to the next generation just as a survival story but use it to help them not to make the stupidity people have done. I have a small request to you sir , will you please develop a good disaster management public policy including security measures and instructions. This would be really helpful for those who wish to follow it atleast coming days.I wish they are added as part of the curriculum as well.Also please tell us how to mark the water levels and retain it.
